To fix the cheese aroma the resulting hybrid has been backcrossed twice with the Sweet Cheese® clone. Produces a long and thick central core, very compact and resinous. It retains the intense and characteristic sweet aroma of Sweet Cheese®, with shades of aged and spicy cheese, and with slight touches of lemon.
