After back crossing the original land race seeds that were brought back from the Hindu Kush mountains to Holland, we created a lineage that expresses the best of this heavyweight indica landrace. A super sturdy and reliable strain that performs incredible well in all climates.

Hindu Kush Feminized is a short and stacked full-blooded indica that is extremely potent, and not for the lighthearted. A straightforward to grow strain with THC levels reaching up to 20%. She has bold, earthy musky flavors with a serious intense flowering in just 9 weeks, making her a fast flowering cultivar.

Growing

This lady likes to stay low with short intermodal spacing, with thick branching and dark green, waxy fan leaves. Hindu Kush Feminized will grow one main central cola, surrounded by short side branches that become full of fat, dense buds in a relatively short time.

Indoor

An indica dominant hybrid who will grow fat wide fan leaves, and thick branches. There will be a very short internodal spacing and fan leaves may need removing to allow more light to the undergrowth.

When timers are changed to 12/12, Hindu Kush seeds will double in size and finish around 90-120 cm (35-47 inches) tall and produce one main central cola and short side branches that are stacked with frosty golf ball sized buds.

Outdoor

Hindu Kush seeds once growing will keep a low profile and remain short and stocky in most cases, and not require much maintenance. A tough cultivar that can withstand cold nighttime temperatures and can be fully mature with excellent results with in 63 days.

Fungal resistance

Originating from the Hindu Kush mountains, she can take a great deal of heat stress and cold temperatures. A solid strain who does not suffer from mold or powdery mildew and has a great resistance to insects. Well recommended for growers who experience challenging climates.

Indoor Flowering time

This lady is a great one to do phenotype hunting with, as commercial growers will find quick finishing plants that can take 56-63 days. Ideal for any grower looking for a fast turn around time and return on investment.

Outdoor Flowering time

It is best to plant the Hindu Kush seeds in early Springtime and harvest early October. Depending on the climate and pot size, some phenotypes may finish quicker than others; however, most will require a full 9 weeks before harvesting.

Indoor Yield

She is incredibly well suited for Sea of Green set-ups, where she is capable of yielding 450 g/m² (1.5 oz per square foot). To get the biggest yields possible, we advise keeping Hindu Kush Feminized in the vegetative stage of 18/6 for longer.

Outdoor Yield

When grown in pots such as 10 liters (2 gallons) and grown closely together, she will grow to a medium height with a stocky profile that can yield up to 600 grams (21 oz per plant).

Plant height & structure

When flowering begins, this girl won’t grow much taller and will finish at a medium height, showcasing a stocky and compact profile. Easy to grow, requiring little maintenance, making her a great choice for those new to growing Cannabis. Hindu Kush seeds will grow as tall as 100-120 cm (39-47 inches) once fully mature.

Training

She reacts very well to topping, which will encourage many more shoots to grow. We also advise pruning the lowest fan leaves and foliage before flowering, to allow more air to pass around the plants and also more direct light to enter the canopy.
