The origin of Humboldt Seeds is a rich mix of history, conservation, and passion. Humboldt County in Northern Cali is one of the most geographically notable areas in the world, with 300 miles of rugged coastline, six rivers, two mountain ranges, and a mind-boggling array of redwood trees and wildlife. With over 4500 active outdoor gardens, Humboldt Seeds is continuing the important tradition of biodiversity within the area, though it hasn’t come without its fair share of controversy.
