Is it safe to order from your website?

Yes. You are our number 1 priority. We will not share any of your information with anyone. We will take every measure to ensure your order reaches you, as you request it to.

We send every customer an image of their order prior to packing with tracking information (if relevant).

How can I place an order with you?

The easiest way is online, where an order number is issued and your payment method selected at checkout. You can if you wish relay your order to us by phone, email or post. This may take a bit longer, but the choice is yours.

What if I am confused or just need advice?

Please contact us. You will find us keen to help or advise you. Nothing will be considered stupid. We want your repeat custom. Please be aware that we only sell to genetic preservers and souvenir collectors and CANNOT discuss cultivation in any way. Please see our Contact Us Section.

How long does it take for an order to be processed?

99% of orders are processed in 1-2 working days.

Do I need to make an account to order?

We respect our customers right to discretion and offer a guest checkout option – you will need to provide an email address however. Creating an account has its own benefits so it is something to consider.

Do I get free seeds?

Yes Chosen Seeds love to include Quality Freebies, usually a free seed for every £25 spent on seeds (subject to the order size and availability). We are presently adding an option at checkout for you to select from our free seeds selection list, but until then if you wish you can contact us to receive the current freebies list. Please see our Contact Us Section. If not we will select the freebies for you that we think will make you a happy returning customer.

What is your returns policy?
We offer returns for unopened and undamaged seed packets. Please contact us within 14 days from the purchase date for return instructions. The return must then be received by us within a further 14 days. These time limits are very strict.
Please do not choose Stealthy delivery with a replacement guarantee if you wish to be able to return your seeds because this option involves removing seeds from their packaging.  Please inform us of this choice when placing your order from outside the UK. Seeds dispatched outside the UK are by default removed from their packaging for Stealthy packaging and will not be returnable.

Do you sell bulk seeds?

Yes we have a massive choice of quality strains here. We have been using the same supplier for many years without complaint from any customer.

What if an item I have ordered is not in stock?

This very rarely happens, but if it did we would email you immediately to discuss if you wanted to wait, replace the item with something near the cost of the missing item or receive a refund

What payment methods are available to me?

Credit & Debit Cards
Debit and Credit cards issued in the UK and Europe accepted directly at checkout.

Debit and Credit cards Worldwide via either ‘How To pay LTD’ or Wise.com options at checkout.

Bank transfers

We accept bank transfers from any country. Please select the ‘direct bank transfer payment UK and worldwide’ option at checkout and the relevant bank details will be immediately emailed to you for you to use. We have found when making a bank transfer to us from abroad the cheapest way is via money transfer agents wise.com. It is very simple to make an account with them. Please do not make any seed references when using wise.com as with most banking institutions they do not like any cannabis related businesses.

Bitcoin and crypto currencies via GOURL at checkout.

Please select the ‘Bitcoin/Altcoin’ option when paying at checkout. You will then receive an immediate payment link and QR code to make a crypto transfer to us.

Cash In The Post

After selecting the ‘Cash In Post’ option at checkout you will immediately receive an email with the instructions and the address to post to.

For cash orders by post, place the money in a secure envelope (NOTES ONLY, NO COINS), making sure it is correctly stamped and addressed.Obviously you should make sure this is a signed for delivery. We suggest hiding the money that is in the envelope maybe between some cardboard so no-one can see it. You must remember to put in your details and order number so we know who is sending it. It is crucial for the sender to use signed for post and use a return address. Unfortunately Chosen seeds can take no responsibility for any lost packages that don’t arrive. Only cash is accepted, no money orders or cheques by mail. If the ‘signed for’ fee is too expensive for you where you are posting from, you, at your own risk, can choose to post to us by standard mail without a signature. You are then putting your trust in the postal services, which is up to you, not us.
