We offer worldwide delivery on our entire range, and aim to ship all orders within 48 hours.

Do you deliver worldwide?
Chosen Seeds loves to ship Worldwide (excepting Japan, we consider orders over £500).
Chosen Seeds guarantees the delivery of orders that are shipped to the UK, Europe and the U.S.  For all other countries we replace undelivered orders once only 30 days after dispatch
99% of orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
On dispatch, you will receive a dispatch email including a picture of your order prior to packing.
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked Jiffy envelopes. No mention of seeds is made, anywhere. A return address is on the package.
We will try to accommodate any shipping requests. Please feel free to contact us about any delivery issues. We really want to help and explain how our systems work
Please make sure that your shipping information is correct and that you are using a name that you have I.D. for, should you need to pick your order up from the post office after failed deliveries. If not the order will be returned to us and be delayed and a re-shipping fee may need to be paid.
What are my shipping options?

In the UK.

Chosen Seeds prefer to send your order by Royal Mail Signed For, to ensure arrival. This is free on orders over £100 otherwise £3.80. If you choose to instruct us not to send by Signed For this will be entirely at your own risk.

Within Europe.

Chosen Seeds prefer to send your order by Royal Mail International Tracked, to ensure arrival. This is free on orders over £200 otherwise £10.00. If you choose to instruct us not to send by Tracked Signed For this will be entirely at your own risk.

To USA, Canada and Worldwide

Chosen Seeds insist that your orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked in Stealthy packaging to ensure arrival. This is free on orders over £200 otherwise £20.00. We can arrange just tracked and not signed for if you specifically request this, but this would be entirely at your own risk. If you wish your seeds to arrive in their original packaging and want to suggest another Stealthy method, please let us know your requirements. We are more than happy to accommodate you.

UK and NI Deliveries
UK and N.Ireland Deliveries
We ship our UK and N.I. orders using Royal Mail ‘First Class Signed For Delivery’. Orders are usually received the next day. This service does not include all the tracking information but does provide live dispatch and delivery information. The cost is £3.80 but is free on orders over £100.
On request we will ship using Standard 1st Class without a signature, but we do not guarantee delivery.
We can ship all orders in their original packaging because sending seeds is legal in these zones and is acceptable to Royal Mail.
We treat deliveries as delivered if the Royal Mail tracking site states that they were delivered or signed for.  You will be given all the tracking information in our dispatch email to you.

International Deliveries
We ship our International orders Using Royal Mail’s’ International Tracked only’ service.
We treat deliveries as delivered if the Royal Mail tracking site states that they were delivered or signed for.  You will be given all the tracking information in our dispatch email to you.
We usually find European orders delivered in 3-5 days and other international orders in 5-12 days.
We replace orders that do not show as delivered or signed for 30 days after dispatch. NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED. We have witnessed a very few orders disappear and then reappear on tracking at upto 30 days.
Our International orders are usually packed using various Stealthy Packaging methods depending on which country the order is being shipped to. This optional service costs £20 but is free on orders over £200.
Stealthy Packaging includes removing the seeds from their bulky packaging. Please feel free to make any requests in relation to this.
Our International seeds orders are not usually posted in the breeders original packaging (shown in your dispatch email picture) unless you request us to do this before packing them.  We do not guarantee delivery and will ask  you what would prefer the package to be described as on the customs import declaration, i.e. toys, souvenirs or make up etc.
Seeds dispatched using Stealthy packaging  will be removed from their original packaging with your agreement and therefore not be returnable.

Please be aware – orders processed through CoinGate will not be shipped to Lithuania.

Do I have to pay any import tax in my country?

Customers are responsible for import duty/tax in their respective countries, where applicable. For more details on this please consult your local customs authority.

Will my package arrive in discreet packaging?

All orders arrive in a plain brown padded Jiffy envelope with only your name and address on them.

How do I check on the delivery status of my order?

Via the Royal Mail website tracking app. The information will be on your postage certificate which is sent to you by email when we confirm your order has been shipped.

Yes. You are our number 1 priority. We will not share any of your information with anyone. We will take every measure to ensure your order reaches you, as you request it to.

We send every customer an image of their order prior to packing with tracking information (if relevant).

Returns

What is your returns process?
We offer returns for unopened and undamaged seed packets. Please contact us within 14 days from the purchase date for return instructions. The return must then be received by us within a further 14 days. These time limits are very strict.
Please do not choose Stealthy delivery with a replacement guarantee if you wish to be able to return your seeds because this option involves removing seeds from their packaging.  Please inform us of this choice when placing your order from outside the UK. Seeds dispatched outside the UK are by default removed from their packaging for Stealthy packaging and will not be returnable.
